Extended care is available for Southminster School students both before and after school for an additional fee. Extended care opens at 7:00 AM and is available until 6:00 PM.
Parents who plan to use extended care at any time during the year must register by completing the Extended Care Registration Form.
Extended care will be charged weekly, statements will be emailed at the end of the month OR parents can check their balances via their FACTS Family Online account. Extended care payments must be made by the 15th of the month, payments are late after this date. A $25 late fee will be charged to accounts for EACH month extended care is late. Services will be stopped if payment is not made either weekly or monthly and parents will be contacted to pick up their students.
Medical Information: Children in 2-year-old or 3-year-old classes with an EpiPen for allergies cannot enroll in extended care.
EXTENDED CARE FEES
Registration Fees:
1st Time Student Registration $40 (includes one key card)
1st Time Family Registration $50 (2 or more children -- 1 key card included)
Lost or additional security cards will cost $15 for each card.
Extended Care Charge - $ 7.00 per hour (billed in 15-minute increments or any part thereof)
Late Pick-up Fee after 6:00 pm - $5.00 per min.
