Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Student Application

Southminster Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten registration packets are available for pick up in our school office. We invite you to come and tour our amazing school and pick up your packet. Please fill out all the information, including current immunization record (No Conscious Exemptions will be Accepted) Physician's statement and Tuition Express form and return to the school office. We take applications on a first come first serve basis.
